2. Order Processing

(1) Differentiated Processing by Product Type

1. Standard Product Orders

  • Preparation Cycle: Orders will be prepared within 72 hours after confirmation (excluding weekends and European and American statutory holidays, such as U.S. Independence Day, Christmas, EU Christmas, New Year's Day, etc.)
  • Courier Selection: Supports courier services such as UPS, FedEx, and DHL. You can choose independently according to your needs when placing an order.

2. Custom-Made Product Orders

  • Pre-Communication Requirement: Before placing an order, you need to contact customer service via oushuo666@gmail.com to confirm design requirements, wrist size, and valid shipping address.
  • Preparation Cycle: 3-7 working days (the specific time is subject to communication with customer service, and customers need to submit relevant demand information in a timely manner)
  • Courier Selection: Supports the selection of UPS, FedEx, and DHL couriers, which can be determined through negotiation with customer service when placing an order.
  • Bulk Customization: For bulk customization with a single order of ≥20 pieces, contact customer service to negotiate the courier combination plan and delivery time.

(2) Courier Service Description

  • Service Features: UPS, FedEx, and DHL all provide door-to-door delivery and full-process logistics insurance, and support damage claims (a video of unpacking is required upon receipt).
  • Peak Season Reminder: From October to January of the following year (including peak seasons such as Black Friday and Christmas), UPS, FedEx, and DHL may charge additional fees (e.g., DHL's additional fee for a single package is approximately 0.5 Euros, and UPS charges incrementally according to the package weight). The specific fees are subject to the real-time notice of the courier company.

3. Freight Rules (Free Shipping for All Orders)

  • General Policy: All standard product orders and single custom-made product orders enjoy free shipping throughout the entire process regardless of the order amount (including basic delivery services of UPS, FedEx, and DHL).
  • Fees for Special Cases:
    1. Resizing Service: If resizing is needed later, the round-trip freight shall be borne by the customer, and the specific amount shall be charged according to the real-time standard of the selected courier.
    2. Bulk Customization: For bulk orders of ≥20 pieces, the freight shall be determined through negotiation based on the courier combination plan, and customer service will provide a detailed quotation.
    3. Express Delivery Requirement: If you need special services such as same-day delivery or next-day delivery, contact customer service to make up the price difference.

4. Logistics Tracking and Customs Clearance

(1) Logistics Tracking

  • Within 24 hours after shipment, the system will send an email containing the tracking number to the email address reserved for the order. You can enter the order number/tracking number on the "Order Query" page of the official website to check the logistics track in real time (supporting both map positioning and progress bar modes, and simultaneously displaying the official query links of UPS/FedEx/DHL).
  • Additional Reminder for Custom-Made Products: After the preparation is completed, customer service will synchronize the courier tracking number and the estimated logistics delivery time via oushuo666@gmail.com.

(2) Customs Clearance and Tax Description

1. U.S. Orders

  • The total order amount includes all applicable customs duties, taxes, and surcharges, and no additional fees will be charged upon receipt.
  • Customs Declaration: The true value of the goods in the package shall be disclosed in accordance with the law, and the declared information cannot be modified.

2. International Orders (Non-U.S.)

  • VAT, import duties, and/or taxes may be incurred for the order. Due to the complexity of international laws, these fees are not included in the order. You shall be responsible for any local customs duties and taxes on your order. We are legally required to disclose the total value of the package contents and cannot alter this value.
  • If an order is refused, you are responsible for the shipping expenses and any additional duties, fees, customs, or taxes incurred in shipping.

(3) Shipping Restrictions

  • Shipping to APO/FPO/DPO addresses is not supported at this time.
  • Fragile Goods Protection: Crystal bracelets are packaged with shockproof materials, and UPS, FedEx, and DHL all provide damage compensation services (damage proof needs to be submitted within 24 hours after receipt).

5. Delivery Guarantee and Abnormal Handling

(1) Delivery Guarantee

  • All orders are delivered via UPS, FedEx, and DHL, and rely on their global logistics network to ensure transportation reliability.
  • Force Majeure Statement: Uncontrollable factors such as extreme weather and customs inspection may cause delays. We will follow up in real time and assist in communication.

(2) Abnormal Handling

  1. Address Error: The address can be modified by contacting customer service before shipment; modifying the address after shipment requires paying the courier company's address change fee (usually 10-20 per order).
  2. Customs Clearance Abnormality: If the package is detained due to incomplete address or compliance issues, customer service can assist in providing customs clearance documents, and the re-shipment freight shall be borne by the recipient.
  3. Package Loss: If the package is not delivered within 15 days after shipment, you can apply for re-shipment or a full refund with the tracking record.

6. Return and Exchange Policy

(1) Return and Exchange of Standard Products

  1. 7-day no-reason return and exchange are supported, provided that the product is unopened, unworn, and the packaging and certificates are complete.
  2. Process:
  • Step 1: Submit an application via oushuo666@gmail.com within 7 days after receipt (indicating the order number + reason + photo proof).
  • Step 2: Customer service will review within 48 hours and send the return address and pre-paid return label (UPS/FedEx optional).
  • Step 3: Send the product back within 5 days after receiving the label. The freight for quality problems shall be borne by us, and the return freight for non-quality problems shall be borne by the customer.
  • Step 4: After the product is inspected and qualified, a refund will be made within 3-5 working days (returned via the original payment method) or an exchange will be sent within 48 hours.

(2) Return and Exchange of Custom-Made Products

  1. No-reason return and exchange are not supported (as they are made according to exclusive needs).
  2. Quality Problem Handling: Submit proof of the problem (photos/videos) via oushuo666@gmail.com within 3 days after receipt, and customer service will negotiate a solution for repair, remanufacturing, or partial refund.
